Flashback Friday: Hadn’t seen kids in 3m while working in Covid ICU. My 2 yr old had so many new words she was saying. I realized how much I had missed and was overcome with grief as their mom, grief for my patients and their families, and gratefulness that I made it through.

@SeibtNaomi Exactly, women also biologically do not handle stress as well as men, which is why we should not be putting women in high stress situations like this. Innocent people end up dead.
