I have seen it numerous times and am moved each time! Newfies add a special" je ne sais quoi" in the forces -we could not do without them! God Bless them one and all!
I am biased, but convinced nevertheless, that Newfoundlanders value service more than any other province in Canada because of the Royal Newfoundland Regiment’s actions in the wars. I have yet to see this monument, but I most definitely will, hopefully soon.

I am SO ashamed of my Republican friends from all branches of the US Military who are not ENTIRELY repudiating everything the Republicans now apparentlly stand for. I trusted and admired these people for 35 years. What can I have been thinking?. I would have died with them!

While out celebrating my dad in a park, he got a text from someone thanking him for being a generous father figure in their life because their own dad has been...unkind. My heart shattered but also swelled knowing how special he is to so many people❤️
