Did you think of looking at your patients who arrest in ED? Why they die?Can we do anything to help them not die? we did 1 year, 20 pts,we found that pre arrest HR> 110+CPR <5 min had better survival than HR <110+cpr <5min&CPR > 5mim.all pts were PEA and not post intubation .
