4/CFOI Shweta Singh who was on lien (Jet Airways), continued in DGCA for 6 years after Jet airways folded. FOIs currency is responsibility of parent airline or with own expense. @CVCIndia must investigate the expenditure incurred on her license currency by DGCA & operators.

3/ There was internal protest in DGCA for illegal renewal of her ATPL at operator’s expense. In the past, FOIs contracts were terminated for not having currency & they had to pay for training. An RTI (DGOCA/R/E/21/00184) to DGCA was not replied. @MoCA_GoI @RamMNK @PMOIndia

2/Shweta Singh’s ATPL had lapsed > 2 months but she arm twisted FSTC to do her sim training free of cost for renewal. With understanding of granting approvals. She continued to draw salary in spite of her lapsed ATPL with help of certain DGCA officials. (“POST FACTO” approvals)

1/ Shweta Singh’s candidature for CFOI was rejected earlier by scrutiny committee pointing out dubious means adopted by her to claim flying currency status. She underwent unauthorized trg repeatedly after closure of Jet airways with expired examiner qualification since 2017.
