Basically, govt caps on airfare levels are as follows : - For Delhi - Dehradun - up to Rs 7500 - For Delhi - Ahmedabad - Rs 12000 - For Delhi - Mumbai - Rs 15000 - For Delhi- Bengaluru - Rs 18000 Taxes etc extra. And this cap is only for economy travel. ✈️

State of affairs for many @IndiGo6E passengers I guess. Even if they land, their bags haven't come with them, and no one knows where they are, perhaps. And like this person said: how does one attend an Indian wedding without the big bag?

You get up, & phone is flooded with @IndiGo6E flight delay, memes, helplessness, requests, union formation, full shutdown before a reset, lack of control by @DGCAIndia, @MoCA_GoI messages An unfortunate @AirIndia crash in June & now this Terrible state of Indian aviation 😞✈️

New : - @IndiGo6E CEO Pieter Elbers finally makes a comment - Trying to fly stranded passengers first, call centre capacity improved - Normalisation will take time, rebooting our processes - Admits it has destroyed IndiGo's credibility built over 19 years ✈️

Internally some @IndiGo6E pilots to company : "Could we get train ticket back home. Tried HYD today. Everything full. Cabs want 40k to pune. Will wait tonight. Planning to take friends car" "-People are waiting for pilots to take them home, pilots taking cars to get home" ✈️
