Amazing secondary benefit of HoLEP: .PSA reduction. Recent patient had 5 negative biopsies and years of anxiety over PSA persistently in the 30s and 40s. 🍊100cc prostate. 💪🏻Path was benign.🙌🏻3 month post PSA 1.2 .He cried tears of relief.
