In any case, offtakes by their nature are generally legally enforceable. I just note that other mining co typically reference their binding nature in their announcements but no so on this occasion from $AVZ - it’s probably nothing DYOR

I note the absence of the word ‘binding’ anywhere in today’s $AVZ announcement. Then again, the word ‘binding’ has not been able to ‘bind’ GFL to agreement terms re: floor pricing and tonnage in the past, so perhaps NF was just trying to save on ink!’ $PLS $GXY $ORE #Lithium
