@amanwifname @Obeyamark 2025. Are people in Lagos not using pipeborne water? Rome had its issues, do you think everyone in rome were enjoying pipeborne. Pipeborne water is for elites. Likewise Lagos, ppl are using pipeborne, but not everyone has access to it.
