Individual Awards.~Stevie won individual Squat, DL, and Overall…also broke school record in Squat at 350 and DL at 405.~Jamaike won individual DL…also broke school record in DL at 700.

Stats.~Team Won 11,150 to 10,716.~Girls Won 5,392 to 5,121.~Guys Won 5,758 to 5,596.~Won every category besides Guys Squats.~Out lifted 26,045 lbs to 24,420 lbs.~Hit 217/270 attempts so 80% success rate on all lifts.

Another lifting comp completed and our kids raised the STANDARD. Always fun seeing athletes from both schools demonstrate great technique under heavy loads…tons of PR’s, standards, and records. Stats in the comments

Shout out to our Athletes of the Month for January!! The start of the Spring Semester has proven 3rd Block to be a force to be reckoned with…our biggest class at 48 but they bring the energy unlike any other block. Female: Avrey R ; Male: Josh W ; Group: 3rd Block.

Shout out to our Athletes of the Month for December!! It came down to who performed the best at testing and 6th Block did very well in that category so they took home the award for best block this month. Female: Jada B ; Male: Kantrell J ; Group: 6th Block. #dominatetheday

Exercise Tip‼️ Saigon Squat…if it’s important do it often. Squats are a staple in most S&C programs. We believe in doing the simple things savagely well so that means drilling exercises that can ensure we have the capabilities to do lifts at a high level

Not the result we were looking for as we aim to win everything we compete in BUT another fun event and credit to CC’s athletes & S&C coach Zo for their win today…you all did well. Still extremely proud of our kids for their efforts and always striving for elite technique.
