Kudos to @AndyKimNJ for leading the charge on the bipartisan ROAD to Housing Act! This is a major step toward cutting red tape, unlocking affordable housing, and bringing affordable housing to cities. The bi-partisan legislation also explicitly calls out NIMBYism as a major.

This bill by Senator @JohnFMcKeon and @AsmJohnAllen is a crucial first step in addressing climate change by making big polluters pay their fair share for damage they’ve caused to our communities. As events like those on Monday become more common this is an essential step to take.

Union Dry Dock brought the #Hoboken community together and demonstrated what can be accomplished when we work together. I’m incredibly to bring these funds back to our City for the future Maritime Park!.
In 2018, we were on the verge of losing the waterfront Union Dry Dock property for a refueling depot. Fast forward to today, we’re moving forward with a state-of-the-art waterfront park, with $1 million from the state secured for its build out. Thank you to @asmjohnallen for
