If you’re out of work and can’t find what you’re looking for, there’s no shame in pursuing bridge jobs you’re overqualified for. Have 2 versions of your resume: a watered-down version for *a* job and a bragging resume for *the* job. Get paid while you continue to search.

I’ve heard too many stories from employees finding out they’ve been laid off when they couldn’t access work devices, or long-time employees notified via automated template emails. But hey, keep telling us you treat employees like family.
