Fascinating grand rounds today @SinaiBmoreIMRes by Dr. Lynn O’Neill M.D on “The ART of Communication: Patient Care, Colleagues, and Conflict.”. We learnt about using the communication skill, "Ask, Respond, Tell (ART)," in conversations with colleagues as well as our patients.
