Is there anyone doing commercially licensed, painterly, fantasy "stock" scenes like @/czepeku does? I need more background art for a project I'm working on and boy oh boy, if I have to look at another AI piece of nonsense I'm gonna scream. Patreons, bundles, whatevs is fine.

Also, before you come for me, there's nothing wrong with a good old fashioned Monty Python reference. If that's your table (and it's absolutely been mine) it can be super enjoyable. It's just what flavor of tension relief you want for that particular game.

This is one of the ways your players can have a moment of levity without resorting to slapstick Monty Python jokes. Narrative tension needs to be relieved one way or another. GMs either provide a way or the players will make it.
Carousing is an important part of my D&D campaign (whether at a tavern, festival, banquet etc). The players use the time to blow off steam, develop relationships, and also pick up useful clues from various NPCs. Is carousing part of your campaign?

My first supplement for Blades in the Dark is out now! Blades in the Dark: Deep Cuts is a 118-page expansion for the game, a treasure trove of lore, setting material, and modified mechanics I've developed over the years for use in Blades campaigns (details + links in the thread)
