So proud To Catch A Copper won Best Documentary Series at the Broadcast Awards. This week we learnt police complaints have risen 13% as a result of the series and weโ€™re so pleased itโ€™s having an impact that will hopefully improve policing and peopleโ€™s experience of it.โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ

We just watched #StrikingWithPride directed by @AshFranRoy. A powerful, moving and life-affirming documentary about the unexpected coming together of gay people and striking miners in 1984. I couldn't have enjoyed it more. Thanks to all involved.

This weekend @AshFranRoy and Sasha Kosminsky's brilliant film Striking With Pride lands on Sky/Now TV. The whole team @storyfilms_tv are so proud of it. Ashley is one of the most creative directors out there. He's made a rare thing, a feature doc that will make you laugh and cry.

โ€œWhat we werenโ€™t expecting to find, was a misconduct process that was unfit for purpose in addressing seriously concerning behaviour; a broken system that meant expectations of the public werenโ€™t being met day to day.โ€ @NBPAUK https://t.co/gxibpvx2ws

All fly on the wall docs following police Iโ€™ve seen amount to copaganda. Not this. โ€˜To Catch A Copperโ€™ reveals how unfit for purpose holding snide coppers to account really is. Watch tonight at 9pm on Channel 4. https://t.co/urXB2ei0YU
