Todays been a good day.. learning Spanish today I seen first bit of speaking and answering minor steps but chuffed wit myself weeks of hard work 5am starts to get some learning in before work. Today lesson best jiv spoken and answered! 🙌 😇😇

10 weeks of the booze finally hit a brick wall with training. Futsal on Sunday pushed me over the edge I think! 10 weeks consistent is brilliant tho at least 4 or 5 💪 & 🏃♂️ sessions a week.

In barbers watched a 94 year old recovering after a broken neck get his hair cut after coming out of hospital! The delight on his face clean shaving and nice trim 👌 94 years old happy as Larry.. brilliant!!
