Preprint UK study suggests after 2 covid vaccines, 89% immunosuppressed patients (inc. Rheumatoid, Psoriatic Arthritis, Vasculitis) make covid antibodies (healthy controls 100%). In 40% of immunosuppressed, antibody levels are lower. Worse response if Rituximab used to treat.

Hot off the press! Is there a link between APS antibodies and covid? Authors feel APS antibodies in covid thrombosis are likely bystanders. It's recognised APS antibodies associate with infections, a reason why we test twice 12 weeks apart https://t.co/jT1INgRRLP via @flipsnack

Good article in ARD suggests immunogenicity to covid vaccine in people with autoimmune inflammatory Rheumatic Diseases is affected by older age, Rituximab, MMF, abatacept...and our old friends, steroids. Most did not flare post vaccination which tallies with clinical experience
