AI & Cloud Architect (Azure) | I share how to design cloud, AI & automation systems, plus insights on architecture, engineering, tools, and cool tech.
Joined September 2019
If you’re trying to build AI & cloud systems that actually stay online, you’ll probably find something useful here. I’m Tiberiu, I’ve spent the last 10+ years designing, fixing and shipping systems that aren’t allowed to go down. I worked through the full stack of engineering

Am I the only one who takes more than one photo of a moment, just to be sure? I have many similar photos of the same moment which take unnecessary storage. Apple and Google should have a feature to identify those and give the option to delete them.

There are books explaining how to become more productive with ChatGPT. Why not use directly ChatGPT and get experience with it? Or ask it directly to guide you how to use it with personalized advice tailored for you?

I've been taking cold showers for two and a half years and ice baths in winter. For the past year, I've taken them first thing in the morning. Ask me anything.

Great, easy to understand explanation of Agency
Agency > Intelligence I had this intuitively wrong for decades, I think due to a pervasive cultural veneration of intelligence, various entertainment/media, obsession with IQ etc. Agency is significantly more powerful and significantly more scarce. Are you hiring for agency? Are

Day 28/30: Week 4 Recap. Multi-Agent Orchestration We started this journey building single agents. In Week 4, we learned that for complex enterprise problems, one agent isn't enough. We need to build teams. Here is a recap of the orchestration patterns we covered: Day 22: The

Day 27/30: Evals: How do you know it's working? You've built a complex multi-agent system. It seems to work when you test it manually. But how do you know it's working? How do you know your latest prompt change didn't break a fringe case? You cannot rely on "vibes-based"

Day 26/30: Frameworks vs. Custom Code This is the great debate in agent engineering right now. Should you use an orchestration framework like LangGraph, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel? Or should you write your own ReAct loops in raw Python or Node.js? It's the classic build vs.

Vibe coding tools are very good at following instructions. They are so good, that they even break other parts to make the part you ask work ( happened to me ). How I solved it? When I want to do a change, I do not ask anymore to do the change from the first time. I ask the

In the new Apple iOS version 26.2, there are two “X” buttons next to each other, with one in the place of the usual “Send” button. See top right side. I’ve hit the big “X” button too many times, as my brain thought I was sending the message, but it actually deleted it. It is

Day 25/30: Shared State across Agents In a multi-agent system, the biggest engineering challenge is communication. How does the Coder Agent know what the Researcher Agent just discovered, without you having to copy-paste the entire conversation history into its prompt? If you
