Extremely frustrated by @Uber_Support - had problems, they ask you to DM, and then you just get a bunch of lies and boilerplate copy/paste messages. No actual conversation, no attention to the problem paid. A company as large purporting to value their customers should be ashamed!

So, further in this @virginmedia controversy, another postcode have had confirmation on a powerless cabinet not being reconnected because Virgin don't want to pay for it. Same cabinet? Or multiple simultaneous avoidance of fees to reconnect customers? N7 and N19.

Well at this point it'd be almost rude *not* to keep the internet updated on @virginmedia's ongoing #N7 #ETAgate - now it's 11pm tonight. For those keeping score, this (coincidentally) marks the 11th silent ETA change since Thursday afternoon. A shameful lack of transparency.

#N7 AND AGAIN! This is disgusting, @virginmedia. An absolute disgrace.

#N7 there's a surprise. ETA move AGAIN, still no service. Also @virginmedia should consider more detailed information on the fault page. The implication of "an engineer is on the way", being that an engineer has yet to attend such a serious fault, is infuriating for customers.

N7 @virginmedia service outage update: the goalposts continue to be moved without explanation or update (despite being signed up for updates). Saturday's 10AM on the 5th fix ETA now changed to 1400. 6th time the ETA has been silently bumped. 4 days and counting.

Update: after repeated failed attempts to speak to a person at @virginmedia, I finally got hold of a faults team member to ask about the current N7 outage. All they could do was reiterate the web fault blurb, but did tell me it has been escalated and classed "P1". (priority 1?)

Trying to install @HipshotProducts locking tuners bought from @AxesrusUk on my tele and after still having to drill the headstock now the locking nut has sheared off the bolt for one of the tuners so is now unusable! Shocking!
