** Update on the suspension of OSV's until 31 MARCH 2021 **. Due to the unpredictability of the COVID-19 environment, LOC has endorsed the Director of the ASCB's recommendation to continue to suspend OSVs until the end of March 2021. The situation will be re-assessed in January.
