The bottom left hand corner book has an intriguing cover. #MurderEveryMonday
Today #MurderEveryMonday, we honor mysteries that include a character in a wheelchair. I thought I'd give you the Christie version . . .

I've always liked the cats on the DSP covers. #MurderEveryMonday
Which mystery with a chair-bound character would you pick for today’s climb into crime? #murdereverymonday @ArmchairSleuth

Another familiar name I haven't tried yet. #MurderEveryMonday
In the Jack Logan books there is one of the investigating team who is a wheelchair user - his role has increased as the story progresses. #MurderEveryMonday

Not an author I have tried, although I have seen their books in shops. #MurderEveryMonday
For #MurderEveryMonday we are looking for characters who use wheelchairs. This author is famous for his Lincoln Rhyme books where the forensic scientist uses a wheelchair but in this book in the series he is joined by a new assistant who also uses one.

Another new-to-me series. #MurderEveryMonday
'When Leo Westmacott's wheelchair rattles through the door at Gauss Home orphanage late one night, nobody is expecting him ...' Caleb Peiffer has written the Wheelchair Sleuth mysteries. #MurderEveryMonday

Not a series I have come across before. #MurderEveryMonday
It's #MurderEveryMonday & today's theme is someone in a wheelchair. Could have chosen one of my own again😂 but picked detective Mario Conde, whose best friend is Skinny Carlos, who stopped a bullet in Angola, & is no longer skinny & is confined to a wheelchair @ArmchairSleuth

I never realised the Bond link. That's interesting to know. #MurderEveryMonday
For #murdereverymonday here's the American Tom Adams cover of #agathachristie's "Ordeal by Innocence". I'm also sharing items from his archive that inspired the design, incl. an image of Peter Sellers from the film "Dr. Strangelove" used for the character Philip Durrant.

I had forgotten about Philip! #MurderEveryMonday
I’m sorry I can’t offer a more likeable character for the "wheelchair user" #MurderEveryMonday theme! So, for me this week, Philip Durrant in #AgathaChristie’s 'Ordeal by Innocence' it is: ex-pilot, polio sufferer, downright scoundrel … and murder victim!
