Dear @GovernorHobbs: Since APS is no longer about to use securitization & legislators likely realize APS duped them, we recommend a special session to repeal highly contentious law & hold stakeholder process to develop legislation that actually protects consumers. @chadcampbellAZ.
I'll be reaching out to APS to discuss their decision and reiterate that we must continue investing in new energy technologies and diversify our energy portfolio at the fastest rate possible.

"The Right to Repair movement’s progress from coast to coast has been an important reminder that while some things divide Americans, we also agree on a lot. Repair means we get to keep our trusty devices going for longer, saving us money and cutting waste.".
Once, an industry lobbyist told me we'd never pass our bill, no matter how popular Right to Repair was with the public -- the collective power of the manufacturers was just too much. Anyway, we passed 4 bills over the last week.
