Good morning! Wow, What a scorcher eh? We're in Crystal Palace Park from now until 1pm if you fancy popping down, seeing the architectural designs we've been working on with local groups and/or joining in with some of our family activities. 😎

On 7th July, Architecture For All will present the outcomes of these workshops in the park and run fun architecture-based arts and crafts activities that will help you find your inner architect!

Churchfields Primary School, Anerly Town Hall Youth Group and Silverfit Crystal Palace were each matched with an architect to generate an idea for a new facility or structure for the park. The ideas were then exchanged and models made.

We have been working with local primary schools and youth clubs to imagine new structures and facilities for Crystal Palace Park - the most iconic of London's parks! . What could be the next "rusty laptop" or dinosaurs. ? Come to our sharing event tomorrow 11am-1pm to find out!

There will be lots of fun things for families to take part in, such as planning your own park, building a foundation, model making, colouring-in and taking part in the Crystal Palace Park architectural trail. More details:

NEWSFLASH: Tomorrow is going to be SCORCHIO. Make you sure your bring sunscreen and/or some form of floppy hat to our Design and Build closing event in #CrystalPalacePark!. We will be meeting from 11am at the south end of the park, opposite the information centre.
