The example you give used to be the opposite 15 years ago, and FYI cow dung is no where near as filthy as the stuff you urbanites put in the UNSORTED trash.
We have villagers as leaders, they grew up smelling cow dung so anything other than that is acceptable. I hardly ever see clean toilets, even in good bars, at the beaches etc. Imagine, you drive to Kenya, every petrol station in Uganda has smelling toilets, you cross to Kenya
