Yesterday we had a Treats and Chats event, where some of our lecturers and our first, and second years, and Erasmus all got together and had a casual meetup over snacks to promote connectivity between our students across years.

We had a great talk today from Katie Gilmartin about her journey to becoming a Doctor of Clinical Psychology, We hope our students enjoyed and will be inspired for their future careers!

Today we had a fun demo in one of our classes using a Cold Pressor, Using ice water students could simulate pain and try different coping strategies to endure the cold, students could compare times based on how much they align with the specific strategy.
