10 years ago today my father passed away, peacefully, at home , surrounded by his wife and children. Unlike how the IRA wanted him to die 25 years earlier on a dirty Belfast street . I feel so lucky to have had those additional 25 years and miss him every day.

Today I got some good news. For the past 4 months I've been living with the knowledge that I have a small growth on my brain . After lots of tests, varying scans , I got the results of my brain PET scan this morning .... its benign !!!!! Such fabulous news I just had to share !
