Who knew that #Barbie would be feminist cool? #Mattel have done a great job with a satirical take on their 64 year old product. Think I will watch the movie, along with #Oppenheimer which I read is trailing at the box office..we’d rather be in the pink.

HR Magazine - UK ranks fifth globally for progress on gender equality- sounds good but only 1% of global companies have closed their gender pay gap. That gap widens for women of colour. We have a long way to go to achieve parity. #genderequity #HR #paygap

The pink tax is actually contributing to the hoard of women leaving the workplace at alarming rates. If we want to tackle this growing problem, then we must reimagine what work should look and feel like, and it goes far beyond the notion of money.

The pink tax is more than money, and it’s entirely too costly. It’s time for change.
