One year ago today, we lost one of our own. Today we remember Squadron Leader Mark Long - our dear friend, and a truly remarkable person. His incredible character and influence lives on in our memories, in our stories, and in the values we uphold every day.

Such sad news as the @RoyalAirForce confirms pilot Sqn Ldr Mark Long died in yesterday's @RAFBBMF Spitfire accident. Mark was due to take command of BBMF. A tragic loss for his family and friends and all at @RAFBBMF and my prayers are with you all at this sad time.
