I think it’s both, honestly. The Houston defense is insane, and the home team’s offense is putrid.
I don’t know if the Steelers offense deserves the boos. You can tell when an offense is playing like crap. That’s not what’s happening here. This is a defense playing at ridiculous level. They close on the ball SO fast.

If it weren’t for the turnovers, it feels like Pittsburgh would be down by about 40.

Our daughter attended a friend’s Bat Mitzvah, and as we passed through security to enter a stoutly-fenced compound, it struck me… never have I attended a place of worship that needed such protection. God bless our Jewish friends for their strength in the face of such hatred.
MIssissippi's largest synagogue destroyed in an arson attack on the Sabbath. The fact this isn't the biggest story of the morning, or the day so far, should tell you just how normalized anti-Semitic action is becoming. https://t.co/NcDLqTpWD6

Beautiful. The only thing sweeter than seeing the Steelers win the division is seeing them eliminate the Ravens.

I went from thinking the Steelers had it in the bag to thinking the Ravens are a lock in an instant. Ugh.

Views like this are why the Rose Bowl should become the permanent home of the CFP National Championship.

This is the right take. Move the calendar, do whatever it takes to host the National Championship at the Rose Bowl every single year. Nothing else compares.
My annual request that the national championship always be at the Rose Bowl. I know the stadium's not amazing. I know the travel limitations. I know many SEC fans don't care. But it's special. It's the most college football place we have, and the sport should lean into that.

This is huge. It’s shocking how bad this unit looked when it mattered most. Serious reflection needed at offensive line and special teams, because both were atrocious this season and it cost the Buckeyes a title.
2) Ohio State has an offensive line problem when talent equates. To end the season with two losses that saw you just flat out pushed around up front is sobering stuff.

Ohio State lost this in the trenches and special teams. …and Ryan Day continues to be his own worst enemy with stubborn playcalling and a total lack of interest in competent special teams play.

When was the last time Ohio State was serious about special teams? Feels like something Ryan Day might want to address at some point.
