Our biggest issue remains fitness. If we get JDT and try swashbuckling our way out of trouble by outscoring the opposition (which would be my preference at this stage) we’ll also be out on our feet by half time because we’re so poorly conditioned. It undermines everything. #ncfc

Gary O’Neil seems to be at the forefront of quite a few ‘good’ jobs in the Championship and I’m a bit miffed. He’s a good talker — but speaking well only gets you so far. Nothing in his strategy, results or underlying numbers suggests he should be anywhere near these jobs

The problem is that whomever comes in for #ncfc does so with an infrastructure that is a cavalcade of mediocrity and systemic failure. I don’t think any of the names mentioned strike me as capable of overcoming that massive handicap.
