For years, interesting apps were only on mobile. The AI hype changed everything. Nothing is on mobile now, but on the laptop: new browsers, IDEs, a new freaking terminal app that is exciting to use. It is interesting to sit at a desk again.

Made first @diabrowser skill that made sense to me. I then tried to recreate it as Gemini Gem and Gemini spectacularly failed. Ok, maybe all that AI-browser stuff can be useful.

Ok @diabrowser is much better then I expected. It is like Chrome but looks nicer. AI stuff isn't that useful yet - it even couldn't help me with Dia settings (I was asking it how to disable simplified URLs and all it did suggest to look at - non-existent - Dia support site).

The most hilarious thing is that it is looking just like Chrome, but with more AI. With Arc they at least tried to innovate in the field (arguably successful). And here it just lazily rides AI hype-train.
