Weak borders encouraged by Boris Johnston
It’s Conservative conference time and the first major policy announcement has come. The fight back begins now. We will leave the ECHR if the Conservatives win the next general election. A plan for stronger borders, a plan to leave the ECHR, and a plan for a stronger economy.

Those that switched to Reform in Torfaen should be brought to bear
I really hope the new Welsh Government will introduce legislation requiring a by-election whenever an elected official switches parties. Voters deserve the final say — not politicians changing sides mid-term. 🏴🏴🏴

OMFG,there are loads of them All full of intelligence. These people are fucking members of parliament. This is Germany all over again.
To regain control of our borders and finally get a proper grip on illegal immigration, the UK must leave the ECHR. I'm fully behind the announcement made by the @Conservatives this morning.

Didn't do it for 14 years. They just lie, continually.
✅ Controlling our borders. ✅ Fixing our asylum system. ✅ Protecting our veterans from vexatious prosecution. ✅ Rigorous prison sentences for violent criminals. ✅ Prioritising British people for benefits and social housing. All only possible if we leave the ECHR.

What is important is to cite this as total bullshit and bollocks
Important and true. And leaving the ECHR is just one of the necessary steps. We need to quit other international accords that hinder deportations. We need to scrap a lot of domestic laws. We need to find ways to remove activist judges. All these things require detailed plans.

Brilliant, let's remove human rights. I mean, what do we actually deserve?
Finally, it’s official. The Conservatives will take us out of the ECHR, if they win the next general election. They have been coming up with a proper detailed plan to leave successfully, unlike others, and can now make the announcement. I fully support leaving the ECHR.

The whole planet trembled for nine days after a glacier in Greenland collapsed and crashed into the sea. In September 2023, a mountain peak in Greenland collapsed into Dickson Fjord after the glacier holding it up melted away. The landslide unleashed a mega-tsunami with an

In the prison service we weren't allowed to wear PPE, It was viewed as scaremongorrin.
Here I am in 2020 in the flimsiest, most pitful PPE - like so many other NHS staff, some of whom died from the Covid they caught in their hospitals. Tory peer @MichelleMone - who today rightly (& wonderfully) lost her legal case - dares to claim she’s been ‘scapegoated’. What,

You won't beat Welsh toponymy.
A new website allows anyone to record Welsh and historic names that are missing from online maps. Whether it’s the name your grandfather used for a local field, the Welsh name for a hill near you, or the historic name of your street or home, you can help preserve these for future
