Told them their florist partner was clearly lying, and that I would like either a full refund or a replacement from a different florist, they bumped it up to 25% and continued to insinuate it was the “environment” and not them. This whole interaction is unacceptable!#badbusiness

Replacement or full refund. They said the best they can do is a 20% refund because their florist “assured” them the plant was healthy. They then proceeded to blame the “environment” the flower it was delivered to i.e. the house of a 10yr+ orchid lover when I pressed further.

Bought an orchid as a 🎁 for gma’s birthday. She is an avid orchid lover/keeper for 10+ yrs. Blooming orchids are supposed to last 1-2 months! In 5 days from delivery, leaves were yellow, in 12 days, all flowers and stem were dead. Sent @FlowerSocial progress pics and asked for
