The second installment of the study of OGT/OGlcNAc in mammalian embryos, led once again by the outstanding @SaraSciFormi ! So proud of you and this work!.
2nd work from my PhD is out!🤩Mammalian Ogt (enzyme of reversible intracellular glycosylation aka O-GlcNAc) is an X-linked essential gene. We use a complementary approach to the direct removal of O-GlcNAc (the other paper) to study the role of this PTM in embryos: 1/9🧵.
