@Amtrak Train 2162 stuck in Providence, no set time for departure. This is after a 2 hour breakdown on 12/17 to NYC. This is not a reliable company. People planning travel should look into alternatives. No word from Amtrak re the 12/17 failure. Disappointing, overall.

@Amtrak I just wish you would build it a little closer to Texas (TX Eagle, Heartland Flyer, Sunset Ltd). In a state as big as Texas, there's always room for a few more lines to create or come through.

@Amtrak Consistent: train broke down for 2 hours on 12/17, Boston to NYC. Train now, 12/22, broken down, “no estimate of when we are leaving,” NYC-Boston. Stranded in Providence. Why take Amtrak? This is not a functioning company.
