Thats a wrap on #MoveAMileADayInMay 🥳 I got a bit rubbish posting my miles, but getting movement into my day was still a priority. In May I done 47miles which I know isnt a lot, but for someone who is sedentary (for a number of reasons), that's good for me! A great initiative!👏.

Have been slacking lately with #MoveAMileADayInMay posts, but still ensured to get movement into my day☺️.Today while at an appointment in Belfast, I took a stroll around a nearby park. Even in the rain, it was nice to be outside! Then treated myself to a McDonald's. balance eh?
