Since new metros @My_Metro were introduced I don’t think I’ve ever had a seat. Go figure. There aren’t enough seats or space for everyone travelling. Today is no exception, absolutely packed in, dangerously so. Nothing to hold onto. How did they come to design them so badly?

Wow! It’s taken 28 days for @My_Metro to respond to a delay claim, and they don’t even seem to have any info from the online form I filled in! Absolutely shocking customer relations.

What a surprise. Last few months have been ridiculous. Travelled all over the world and never known a service so bad. @My_Metro
