Breaking: MAZI NNAMDI KANU’s case has just been adjourned to 23rd October 2025 for “commencement of his defence”. The Judge further held that the DSS medical facility is adequate for his medical care and that MNK has until 30th October to close his defense.

Federal Republic of Nigeria versus Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has convened. The Court is in session. Proceedings have commenced. At issue is MNK’s medical report submitted by Nigeria Medical Association to the Court on 13th October 2025 but which was just served on us in open court.

To those that requested it: This is one of the reasons legions are OPPOSED to the prosecution of MAZI NNAMDI KANU & the proscription of IPOB. Once the Nigerian government obeys this landmark judgment, MNK’s prosecution will come to a halt & #MNKOct20 will become moot.

In 2022, a High Court had, while giving a judgment in favor of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, urged the govt. “to show commitment to a PEACEFUL resolution of the matter & apply WISDOM in this question at hand, by applying a TOLERABLE lasting solution.” But the govt. didn’t listen. #MNKOct20.
