It was an absolute pleasure to attend this Senate hearing in DC to witness history. The GENIUS Act doesn’t just regulate stablecoins: it nationalizes the pipes. This is the U.S. showing its hand: don’t build a CBDC, co-opt the infrastructure that already works.
