This. Yes, I’m aware ARHU majors may suffer. For a hot second, and then maybe universities can focus on academics at an affordable price over who has the best student center. And that’s assuming we keep the int’l students who subsidize tuition for the kids at state Us.
@LeadingReport We should repeal 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8) of Bankruptcy Reform Act which makes student loans non-dischargeable under bankruptcy. This allows colleges to charge insane prices as they are guaranteed repayment. Take away this provision and colleges must reprice to make it affordable.

We voted for about 12 hours to elect our DNC officers. From the very first ballot, it was clear that Artie Blanco, Malcolm Kenyatta, and David Hogg were very much favored ahead of the other candidates. Why even vote for Vice Chair if that person can't have a differing view?

Gotta add that as a single mom who is absolutely disgusted with “women’s issues” perpetually being sidelined (at least the second elections are over)….I think @johnbking made a pretty kick-ass choice (and dedication to said issues) in picking @MichelleSiri as his running mate.

Maybe Tucker Carlson is confident women WON’T shoot him and therefore are a lower risk scapegoat than the shooters themselves. Interesting theory, though. Seems to me that women, anti-depressants, and weed are a better recipe for a nap than a mass shooting.

Well, Clarence Thomas is probably one of those people who thinks sexual orientation is a choice, and SCOTUS just gave a lot of women a fantastic reason to be completely disgusted with a lot of men.
NEW: Vice President Kamala Harris just said Clarence Thomas “said the quiet part out loud” when he said the court should now go after gay marriage, birth control, and the basic right to privacy. “This is not over. He just said the quiet part out loud. This is profound.”
