Nursing a dying patient requires kindness, patience and love
My patient was told last night they were dying. Whilst waiting for her family she asked if I'd stay with her she didn't want to be alone. I grabbed my paperwork and sat with her, every so often she would take my hand and smile. These moments are why I became a nurse ❤️

Nurses and midwives deserve better. We are tired of those lame excuses. Counsel @IsaacSsemakadde bano batujoose ekimala for sure. 😔
The union representing Ugandan Nurses and Midwives today made it clear to the government that the decision made to pay interns 1.5M is discriminatory and a signal that undermines nursing profession. @unmu_ug @wmungadi1 @AGNMU1
