At ALI, we recognise that every leader has a unique vision for the future of Africa. That's why we strive to challenge our fellows to think critically about their leadership styles and ideas and explore how these can be leveraged to build a better tomorrow.

Understanding your leadership style is crucial to effective leadership. At ALI, our moderators are trained by the Aspen Institute to investigate different leadership styles and approaches that can help shape the future with integrity.

Our goal is to empower leaders to create growth and development for Africa and grow and develop themselves as individuals. We believe that by investing in our fellows' personal and professional growth, we can build a stronger, more resilient Africa that benefits all Africans.

As we prepare for the future, we recognise that the next generation of leaders must be equipped with the skills and integrity to tackle the complex challenges facing their communities and the continent.

The Bulungula College project, under the leadership of our ALI fellow Rejanne Woodroffe, aims to maintain a zero-dropout campaign and provide access to education for all. We believe that education is critical to empowering communities and creating opportunities.
