Agreed, that’s why, I'm based out of https://t.co/JVtUUnm5nf, a private city with a flat 5% territorial income tax, 60m2 flats for $120, amazing economic freedom, near 100% crypto adoption, and < $100/year incorporation costs. Chat with us https://t.co/bEm2XBRous

A unofficial fan group for those interested in the Morazán ZEDE (morazan.city) which is unofficially but lovingly known as Bootstrap.city due it it being the ideal place to bootstrap your business...
If you want to live in the future, live in the freest place around. Because eventually, all of the innovators and creators will show up there.

5) Top 3 things I miss while outside of Morazán 👋 I've done a fair bit of travel in recent months and I expect to do even more in 2026 ✈️ When I'm gone I often find myself missing Morazán 🌆 Often we don't realize what we have until it's gone 💨 https://t.co/qVpARQVyM0

4) Morazan's First EV ⚡️ Despite a lack of vehicle regulations, Morazán likely has the highest ratio of electric vehicles in all of Honduras 💪 They don't call us the #1 ZEDE for nothing 😉 https://t.co/AICssOjZHo

3) Tallest building in the region 🌆 Going from a single to four story building was not exactly an engineer marvel 🏗️ But it's further proof of Morazan's ability to deliver without many of the traditional government bureaucracies such as zoning 👷 https://t.co/awG23qSHhd
I'm from Boston, Massachusetts where it can often take a year just to get permission to build 📜 Meanwhile, in Charter City of Ciudad Morazán a ~70 unit building can be built in around a year! 💪 Free Private Cities are the future! 🌆 🧵👇

2) The 100th unit was rented 🏡 Morazan was the 1st ZEDE to build and occupy 100 residential units 🏆 Though Ciudad Morazan is still far from the city it is destined to be, hitting the 100 unit milestone is meaningful progress! 📈 https://t.co/GRu3XUXYvm
1/ Big news from Ciudad Morazán! 🎉 Last month in March, we hit an incredible milestone: our 100th unit was occupied! 🏡 This is a huge moment for our budding start-up city 🌆 https://t.co/DBuivzsiZS 🧵👇

1) Prospera Post 📰 On April 1st, Morazán Monday rebranded to Prospera Post 🏖️ Some thought this was an April Fools joke, but I saw it as a job application 📜 Prospera Post could have been huge! 📈 https://t.co/1vAgIP2Neq
@gabedelgadoa I can get it right every day for the right price 😉

Though its infrastructure is not (yet) comparable to the world's most developed regions, it's far better than average ⚖️ My prediction, based on familiarity with many projects, is that Morazan will continue to be one of the top 3 most connected charter cities for 30+ years 🌆

3) Land Connections 🛣️ Morazan's land connections are equally competitive. It is within and hour of Honduras' biggest bus station, a few miles from the Pan American Highway, and it is possible to drive to from Morazán to ~5 different countries within a day 🏎️

2) Airports Like its port, Morazan's closest airport, SAP, is one of the top 5 airports in Central America. It has flights to ~20 cities in 8 countries (🇺🇸🇲🇽🇧🇿🇳🇮🇸🇻🇨🇷🇵🇦🇪🇸) As a result, home is rarely more than 1 layover away! 🏡

1) Ports 🏗️ With ~ 1 million TEUs per year, Puerto Cortes is one of the top 5 ports in Central America. As a result shipping good to or from Morazán is fairly easy and cheap!📦

And what they saw was one of the biggest ass whoppings in Honduran History. I don't know if an incumbent has ever lost by so much 🤣 The people of Honduras have spoken: Capitalism Si, Comunismo No! 💹 The future of Honduras and the ZEDEs are looking bright! 🌞

Due to this and many other violations, the 2025 election was no longer about which party gets the legal monopoly on violence for the next 4 years 📅 It became about democracy, rule of law, and fate of Honduras' constitutional order 📜 As Honduras voted, the world watched! 🌎

Despite the Supreme Court having twice ruled on the legality of ZEDEs and the court lacking the constitutional power to do so, the Libre appointed Supreme Court decided to ignore the constitution and declare the ZEDEs unconstitutional with retroactive effect 🧑⚖️

This included repealing the ZEDE (Honduras' name for its charter regime) law, expropriating ZEDE investors, and trying to amend the constitution to remove ZEDEs entirely 📜 When they were unable to get enough votes to amend the constitution, they switched to using the courts ⚖️
