This is an internal capability for testing purposes. It's not intended for end users. Emulating controllers with hands is unsolved, probably unsolvable problem. We may at some point open this up for devs and curious users who want to experiment, but it will never be mainstream.
Don't ask how I found this π but Meta may still be experimenting with the ability to emulate controllers with hand tracking.

Will filing a 5th support ticket with GoogleFi restore my international service after two years of it being down? @googlefi you're free to vote as well :).

Hey @googlefi, my phone doesn't work when I'm abroad (France, Canada, NZ, etc.). Ongoing for 2 years, tried everything, support won't escalate. When I contact support from abroad, you tell to call back from the US. When I call from the US, call back from abroad. What gives?.

Great article from @DevinReimer . Why you need to start planning for Hands:.
Job Simulator is one of the highest selling VR games of all time and its technical lead has a message for developers:. You need to have a hand tracking plan now:.

Should we ship a sample of how we did this?.
Here's some basic hand occlusion in the #Quest3 via the updated 'First Hand' app. Not perfect, but better than nothing I suppose.

@PopupMartin @markeahogan Though Move Fast is available on App Lab, you should wait for v56 to rollout if you want to try it out with Hands 2.2. I suggest waiting. Also - it's not a full game. Don't expect a complete experience :).

Very excited about this next release. We've massively reduced latency, especially on fast movements. Makes a huge difference for fitness apps. Can't wait for y'all to try out Move Fast, a demo we built to showcase improvements. Amazing work by @PopupMartin, @markeahogan and team.
π Hand Tracking 2.2. Hand tracking is now faster than ever, so slash those @BeatSaber blocks at the speed of light (okay not really but close).

Check out these really cool explorations of using gaze for MR interactions. Vova is really spot on on many of those. IOT interactions are my personal favorites.
Article about using gaze to contextualize #MR interactions. I hope you like it.

RT @V_Kurbatov: In this exploration, I used the gaze on Quest Pro to contextualize #MR interactions. I wanted to test all of them in the sβ¦.
