Congratulations to my friend and colleague @waihaywong from Ebert Lab and to @connoremdin from @pnatarajanmd Lab for leading this outstanding work on the role of clonal hematopoiesis and risk of chronic liver disease! Greatly enjoyed to be part of this wonderful collaboration.

10/ To determine whether inflammasome blockade can reduce CH-mediated inflammation, BMDM from Tet2 KO, Tet2 KO+Nlrp3 KO, and wild-type animals were treated with MSU. IL-1B secretion was ameliorated in Tet2 KO macrophages in the presence of MSU.
