Of the 91 shooting incidents since 2020 in the 2nd and 42nd wards downtown, Foxx's office has only declined charges in ONE case. CPD has made arrests in only 12 others. The police department MUST make many, many more arrests in shootings and murders citywide.
@CWBChicago Here's a concept. When the cops hands get untied maybe they can do something about. They can't chase em and the ones they arrest are let go by Foxx. the cops that are disenchanted with the city I can't really blame when you don't have the mayor and superintendent on their side.
