Well intentioned as this may be, this messaging is quite dangerous. Change your name by all means if you like for whatever reason you choose but men shouldn’t think they can incentivize or “earn” it because thats where “nice guy” entitlement stems from.
i share this because i want to speak directly to the men on my timeline that think their wife’s last name must change because they are entitled to it, as opposed not a luxury that is earned from proof of good behavior. be better and you will see the results you desire.
