What is your complaints process @thamesclippers - having a boat just not collect passengers because the crew can’t be bothered is unacceptable. Then having staff on the next boat lie about their route confounds belief.

Professional identity is not just important to the staff but is required if the MDT is going to refer the right patient to the right team at the right time for the right intervention. Great work under way!.
