Lessons for @NHSEngland @wesstreeting from France. Ambulance stopped at ATM on way to hosp. for wife to draw fee€360. Ward round @ 8am admin. team @ 8:30 to ensure 20% fee not covered by GHIC paid. Never seen this in NHS for overseas pts & seen many overseas pts
