i'm going to hold out until the etalus patch and see if maybe some system mechanics change or maypul get changed but just having the ability to run away and not interact is very boring and not at all why I play fighting games.

the more i play R2 the less and less i believe in maypul as a character. she has nothing truly safe on shield, low percent is abysmal and you HAVE to get a grab unless you wanna win neutral over and over again with no reward and CC beats basically everything she has.

Rivals 2 needs to either add whiff lag OR make the execution of the game harder. I'm tired of getting mashed on because of how easy the game is. This game literally turns into a dash dance fest when 2 people know what they are doing OR i have to deal with unwhiffpunishable moves.

While I do think Zetterburn is a VERY good character. I don’t think the recent surge of good Zetter placements is an indication of him needing nerfs. I think the Zetters as a whole are just getting better and the field has yet to catch up. As people get better, this will even out.
