I have been living this for a short amount of time, and it is not disappointing. But I do like to work, so it feels like not enough.

Every biz wants to have only A players. But sometimes you have to face the facts.. someone on your team is the "+ National Geographic"

SELF SELECTION We are looking for candidates to self select INTO our team. When candidates self-select out, that is a GOOD THING. Part of our process is a test clean. Better to have friction during the hiring process, rather than hire & immediately churn an employee.

The cleaners have spoken: Friday after Thanksgiving needs to be a national holiday. We are open to moving labor day to this date, or creating a new holiday.

Everyday we start at $0 and have to go earn it. I am grinding (with 1 remote assistant). It's going to be a great feeling to have $5K/days in the rear view mirror, because it sucks. Onwards 🚀
